ADIB – Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank is seeking a Credit Analyst to provide full support to branches and DSU’s by reviewing and processing proposed finance applications in a timely fashion and within approved policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Examining credit applications for completeness and timeliness of information, noting exceptions for correction.
  • Preparing error-free credit documents and ensuring vigilance in applying de-dupes.
  • Observing agreed turnaround times (TAT) and complying with policies and satisfactory risk ratings.
  • Analyzing bank statements to assess genuineness, continuity, business turnovers, cheque returns, and average balances.
  • Checking customer’s status through de-dupes/CBRB.
  • Meeting minimum daily targets assigned by management while maintaining the lowest level of errors.

Requirements

  • Good credit and analytical skills and knowledge.
  • Minimum 3 years of practical banking experience, preferably in the finance & credit field.
  • Detailed knowledge of ADIB’s Retail Banking credit products & services.
  • Broad knowledge of ADIB’s Retail Credit & Operational Policies & Procedures.
  • Good knowledge of UAE banking practices, regulations & risks.
  • Good communication skills and computer skills.
