Key Responsibilities
- Assist in monitoring customer credit accounts and managing outstanding balances.
- Support the collection efforts through communication with customers via email and phone.
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
- Prepare and analyze reports related to credit risk and collection performance.
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to address credit-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with company credit policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Entry-level understanding of accounting or finance principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of other European languages is a plus.
