Key Responsibilities

  • Perform in-depth credit analysis and financial modeling for leveraged finance transactions.
  • Evaluate financial statements, business plans, and market conditions to assess creditworthiness.
  • Support the structuring and execution of credit facilities and debt instruments.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with sales and business operations teams to provide financial insights.
  • Monitor portfolio performance and identify potential risks or opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in credit analysis, leveraged finance, or a similar financial role.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in financial modeling.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency with financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
