Key Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize crew rosters and schedules, adhering to regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Monitor and adjust crew assignments to maintain operational efficiency and address unforeseen disruptions.
- Collaborate with various departments, including operations control and flight operations, to ensure seamless coordination.
- Manage crew leave requests, training schedules, and other administrative tasks related to crew planning.
- Ensure compliance with flight time limitations, rest periods, and other crew welfare regulations.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of crew planning processes and systems.
Requirements
- Must be a UAE National.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic airline environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in crew planning software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including shifts and weekends, as required.
