Key Responsibilities
- Execute and coordinate crew changes across all vessels in line with Crewing Manager instructions.
- Ensure all travelling crew are vetted, medically fit, properly documented, and approved before deployment.
- Prepare and submit Crew CV packages, medicals, and other client-required documents.
- Arrange travel bookings, LOIs, visas, and training as needed.
- Coordinate with clients, agents, and internal teams to ensure smooth, timely crew operations.
- Maintain accurate seafarer documentation, certificates, medicals, and crew records.
Requirements
- Must have prior experience and exposure in Crewing for the marine industry.
- Previous experience working for any major charterer in the Middle East and/or West Africa.
- Solid number of years of crewing experience.
- Sound knowledge on MLC 2006, crew’s competency, STCW requirements, Flag State requirements and other vessel crew matters.
- Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Fluent in both spoken and written English.
