Key Responsibilities
- Ensure vessels are staffed by certified, qualified, and medically fit personnel.
- Manage travel bookings for offshore personnel in a timely manner.
- Coordinate recruitment and selection processes for offshore crew.
- Maintain confidentiality concerning personal or corporate information.
- Keep the offshore planning up-to-date and manage offshore leave requests.
- Monitor and update crew rotation schedules.
Requirements
- Experience within a similar role and industry is preferred.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
- Understanding of flag state and international requirements.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
