Key Responsibilities
- Manage the recruitment, deployment, and rotation of marine crew for various vessels.
- Ensure all crewing activities comply with international maritime regulations (e.g., STCW, MLC) and company policies.
- Coordinate all aspects of crew logistics, including travel, visas, medical examinations, and necessary documentation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date crew records, certification, and performance assessments.
- Liaise effectively with clients, vessel management, and internal departments regarding crewing needs and availability.
- Provide comprehensive administrative and welfare support to crew members.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Crewing Officer or in a similar maritime personnel management role.
- Strong understanding of international maritime labor laws and regulations.
