Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a robust risk management framework aligned with ADGM regulations and global best practices.
• Oversee the identification, assessment, monitoring, and reporting of all material risks across the organization.
• Ensure full compliance with ADGM regulatory requirements, guidelines, and supervisory expectations.
• Provide strategic advice and guidance to senior management and the Board on risk exposures and mitigation strategies.
• Lead the development and enforcement of internal controls, policies, and procedures to manage risks effectively.
• Act as the primary point of contact for ADGM regulatory authorities regarding risk and compliance matters.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Chief Risk Officer or in a similar senior risk management role, preferably within a financial institution operating under ADGM regulations.
• Deep understanding of the ADGM regulatory framework, financial services, and digital assets.
• Strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate complex regulatory environments and implement effective compliance programs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., FRM, CFA) are highly preferred.
• Extensive experience in managing operational, financial, legal, and reputational risks within a dynamic industry.
