Key Responsibilities

• Analyze data to understand user behavior and identify conversion bottlenecks.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve conversion rates.
• Manage CRO projects from conception to completion.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and design teams to implement changes.
• Monitor and report on the performance of CRO initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
• Strong analytical skills and experience with A/B testing tools.
• Experience in the retail industry is preferred.
• Excellent understanding of user experience (UX) principles.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
