Key Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound prospecting.
- Engage with potential clients, specifically within Croatian-speaking markets, to understand their needs.
- Conduct initial outreach via calls, emails, and social media.
- Schedule discovery calls and demonstrations for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Croatian (speaking, reading, writing) is essential.
- Previous experience in a Sales Development Representative or similar sales role (1 Year+ preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
