Key Responsibilities

• Ensure client confidentiality in adherence with company policies.
• Adhere to in-house processes and procedures.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to resolve issues affecting customer orders.
• Identify ways to personalize the customer experience.
• Deal with difficult customers to turn negative situations into positive outcomes.
• Achieve sales targets by maximizing customer contact opportunities.

Requirements

• Previous sales and retail experience/knowledge, preferably in a luxury environment.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Flexible attitude and positive approach.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and energetic.
• Team player.
