Key Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive educational materials and content for Jobgether users.
- Design and implement effective user onboarding and training programs.
- Create engaging educational content, including tutorials, guides, and webinars.
- Gather user feedback and insights to continuously improve educational resources.
- Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and sales teams to ensure content alignment.
- Analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness and impact of education initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in customer education, content development, or training roles.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced remote environment.
- Familiarity with AI tools, career coaching platforms, or the remote job market is a plus.
