MacGregor, a global leader in sustainable cargo and load-handling solutions for the maritime and offshore industries, is seeking a Customer Experience Advocate to join its Spare Parts Team in Limassol, Cyprus. This role is central to ensuring exceptional customer service, order accuracy, and seamless operational support. Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers inquiring about MacGregor spare parts.
• Manage and process orders from inquiry to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Address customer inquiries regarding orders, product availability, and delivery schedules.
• Proactively update customers on order status and logistics.
• Collaborate with logistics, inventory management, and sales teams to resolve issues.
• Identify recurring problems, suggest improvements, and contribute to customer satisfaction strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, transactions, and feedback using CRM tools.
• Support sales representatives and internal departments to ensure a smooth customer journey.

Requirements

• Prior experience in customer service, support, or related roles (maritime/logistics preferred).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with customer-focused mindset.
• Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency with order processing systems and CRM tools (preferred).
• Team player who can also work independently in a fast-paced environment.
