Junior Accountant

Job Overview

ELERGON Electrical Consulting LLC is seeking a Junior Accountant to join its accounting department in Paralimni, Cyprus. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for motivated candidates with a background in finance or accounting who want to gain hands-on experience and grow their career in a dynamic, multi-sector group of companies.

Key Responsibilities

• Process invoices, payments, and receipts accurately and on time.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable functions.
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and records.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Assist in tax filings and compliance with financial regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred).
• Basic accounting knowledge and skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to meet deadlines and maintain accuracy in financial records.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Must be able to work on-site in Paralimni.
