Key Responsibilities

  • Own the first level customer relationship for all BAU activities.
  • Coordinate contract execution with relevant stakeholders.
  • Manage the end-to-end Sales Order Process.
  • Support regulatory customer and internal compliance requirements.
  • Manage customer queries and complaints to a satisfactory resolution.
  • Support Account Manager in relation to contract delivery.

Requirements

  • Ability to manage multiple small-medium size customer accounts.
  • Effective handling of customer service inquiries and problems.
  • Proficient use of internal tools and systems.
  • Strong coordination and communication skills.
  • Ability to support internal service delivery requirements.
