Customer Relationship Officer

Job Overview

Emirates Islamic seeks a full-time, on-site Customer Relationship Officer (UAE Nationals only) in Dubai to support Priority Banking. You will deliver end-to-end service within TATs, handle queries/requests/complaints, process applications and system requests, and partner closely with the assigned Relationship Manager to elevate customer experience and deepen product adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end servicing for Priority Banking clients; ensure walk-in customers at Priority Centers are served promptly.
• Own customer queries, requests, and complaints; aim for First Contact Resolution with full follow-through and escalation when needed.
• Process customer applications and system requests accurately and on time.
• Adhere to bank policies/procedures; report discrepancies to management.
• Support RM portfolio activity and relationship objectives.
• Drive cross-sell so each Priority customer maintains ≥ 5 products with the bank.

Requirements

• UAE National (as per role requirement).
• High School or Bachelor’s degree.
• Relevant experience in a similar customer service/priority banking role preferred.
• Strong communication, service ownership, and problem-solving skills.
• Policy adherence, accuracy, and follow-up discipline.
