Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong, lasting relationships with individual and business banking customers.
  • Identify customer financial needs and effectively cross-sell suitable banking products and services.
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure a high level of service delivery.
  • Process banking transactions accurately and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations.
  • Actively contribute to achieving sales targets and business growth objectives for the branch/unit.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and new product developments to better advise customers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, banking, or a related financial role.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong ability to understand and articulate complex financial products and services.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of banking products, services, and local regulatory requirements.
