Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong, lasting relationships with individual and corporate customers.
  • Provide comprehensive customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Identify customer financial needs and offer suitable ADIB banking products and services.
  • Ensure compliance with all internal policies, banking regulations, and Shari’a principles.
  • Process customer transactions accurately and manage their accounts effectively.
  • Educate customers on ADIB’s digital banking services and channels.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on active listening.
  • Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic banking environment.
  • A proactive approach to understanding and meeting customer needs.
  • Proficiency in both Arabic and English is preferred.
