Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both in Spanish and English (assumed given Ecuador location).
  • Strong customer service orientation with a proactive and problem-solving attitude.
  • Ability to work effectively and accurately in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and data entry.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy in processing information.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
