Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and provide information about products and services in Arabic and English.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and professionally.
• Maintain customer records by updating account information.
• Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
• Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department.
• Provide customers with product and service information and solutions.

Requirements

• Fluency in both spoken and written Arabic and English.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software.
• A passion for fragrances and the Taif Al Emarat brand.
