    Key Responsibilities

    • Prepare and send quotations based on customer requirements and supplier pricing.
    • Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, and availability via phone, email, and chat.
    • Coordinate with suppliers for updated prices, lead times, and product details.
    • Follow up on quotations to maximize conversion and maintain customer relationships.
    • Update and maintain records of quotations and customer communications.
    • Support order processing and coordination with logistics and sales teams.

    Requirements

    • Diploma/Degree in Business, Commerce, or related field.
    • 1–3 years’ experience in trading, customer service, or inside sales.
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
    • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel) and CRM/ERP systems.
    • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
