Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Proven experience in a customer service leadership role, preferably within supply chain or logistics.

- Strong understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) principles and tools.
- Ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
- Experience in the retail luxury goods sector is a plus.
- Proficiency in relevant supply chain and customer service software.
