You will help maintain the platform’s commitment to transparency, effectiveness, and ease of use, supporting both buyers and sellers with document exchange, payment solutions, and transport.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive customer support via phone, email, and chat regarding the AUTOproff platform.

• Coordinate logistics for vehicle transport, ensuring timely and secure delivery for buyers and sellers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently, maintaining high satisfaction levels.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and logistics arrangements.
