    Key Responsibilities

    • Actively sell/cross-sell asset and liability products to new and existing customers.
    • Prepare, assess, and recommend loan product applications.
    • Receive and process customer requests (e.g. account opening, online requests).
    • Encourage customers to build balances and migrate to higher customer programs.
    • Educate customers about automated channels and promote their migration.
    • Meet individual sales targets and participate in retail sales team meetings.

    Requirements

    • High School graduate.
    • 2 years’ relevant experience in banking sector.
    • Familiarity with bank products, customer experience, and related policies.
    • Ability to meet sales targets.
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
