    Job Overview

    This position is responsible for execution of shipments of monthly/yearly planned forecast of Can-Stock and providing a high level of customer satisfaction and services through a close working relation with internal and external stakeholders. Ensuring the shipment and delivery of sales target as per annual plans.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Execution of shipments of monthly/yearly planned forecast of Can-Stock.
    • Providing a high level of customer satisfaction and services.
    • Monthly forecast management coordination and support alignment with internal stakeholders.
    • Follow up with customers for POs to support the forecast.
    • Conduct order management (order input, production/inventory control) and analysis of demand, supply, inventory etc.
    • Handling export documentation, including LC documentation and communicating documents to customers and banks.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree and above in international business.
    • Fundamental knowledge of International trading terms and LC documentation.
    • Team player with the ability to work in a multicultural environment.
    • Attention to detail and ability to manage time effectively.
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills with various stakeholders.
    • Proficient in MS Office programs and basic knowledge of ERP working.
