Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via various communication channels.
- Provide accurate information and effective solutions to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and build positive client relationships.
- Document all customer interactions and follow up on pending cases as required.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex problems swiftly.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a similar client-facing role.
- Excellent verbal and and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, contract-based professional environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools is an advantage.
