Key Responsibilities

- Efficiently resolve customer complaints and issues, escalating complex problems to appropriate internal teams when necessary.
- Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions, feedback, and transactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Identify and suggest opportunities to improve customer experience and service processes.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a B2B or technology solutions environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to empathize with customers and build positive relationships.
- Proficiency in CRM software and standard office applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
