Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through various channels, including email.
  • Provide comprehensive information about Uproot Clean products, including usage, features, and troubleshooting.
  • Efficiently process customer orders, returns, exchanges, and warranty claims.
  • Collect and relay customer feedback to relevant internal teams to aid in product and service improvement.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions and transactions.
  • Represent the Uproot Clean brand with enthusiasm, empathy, and a deep understanding of pet owner needs.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a customer service role, ideally within an e-commerce or product-focused environment.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a genuine customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as a valued member of a remote team.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other online customer support tools.
  • A genuine passion for pets and an understanding of the challenges pet owners face with pet hair.
