Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally across various channels (email, chat, phone).
- Provide accurate and comprehensive information about Mitrade’s products, services, and trading platform features.
- Guide customers through account setup, verification processes, and troubleshooting technical difficulties.
- Escalate complex or unresolved customer issues to relevant internal departments for further investigation and resolution.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and feedback.
- Ensure strict adherence to regulatory guidelines and internal company policies in all customer dealings.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
