Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally across various channels (email, chat, phone).
  • Provide accurate and comprehensive information about Mitrade’s products, services, and trading platform features.
  • Guide customers through account setup, verification processes, and troubleshooting technical difficulties.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved customer issues to relevant internal departments for further investigation and resolution.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and feedback.
  • Ensure strict adherence to regulatory guidelines and internal company policies in all customer dealings.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a patient and empathetic approach to customer service.
