Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and support primarily in Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese) and English.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding mobile top-ups, bill payments, and other financial transactions.
- Guide customers through the use of uPay self-service kiosks and troubleshoot common issues.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing accurate and timely information.
- Process customer requests and resolve complaints efficiently and professionally.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the system.
Requirements
- Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese) and English, both written and verbal.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer focus.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and multicultural customer service environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
