Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support primarily in Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese) and English.
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding mobile top-ups, bill payments, and other financial transactions.
  • Guide customers through the use of uPay self-service kiosks and troubleshoot common issues.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing accurate and timely information.
  • Process customer requests and resolve complaints efficiently and professionally.
  • Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the system.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese) and English, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer focus.
