Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily meetings with the team to share individual performance, RTA circular updates & legal requirements of registrations.
- Provide clarifications & solutions for customer queries effectively.
- Plan & schedule duty roster.
- Maintain a good relationship with RTA employees.
- Oversee all activities of the E-Traffic & Reception Section to ensure excellent quality of service provided to the customers.
- Guide & Supervise the E-Traffic team & Receptionist on the documentation process of registering the vehicle as per the RTA directives.
Requirements
- A senior Customer Service Executive with 5+ years of experience, preferably in a Vehicle Testing Center.
- Hold a Senior Secondary School degree or Equivalent diploma.
- Proficient knowledge of customer service, and standard office practices and procedures.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
