Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise a team of customer service representatives to achieve performance targets.

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance overall customer satisfaction and experience.
  • Ensure strict adherence to company policies, procedures, and service level agreements.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a customer service leadership or supervisory role.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to motivate, train, and develop a team.
  • Proficiency in customer service software, CRM systems, and standard office applications.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English is highly preferred for this location.
