Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of key customer accounts, ensuring their success with Outreach’s platform.
- Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and align them with product capabilities.
- Drive customer retention and identify opportunities for account expansion and upsell.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and support teams to resolve customer issues and enhance their experience.
- Monitor customer health metrics and develop strategies to mitigate risks and ensure long-term partnership.
- Conduct regular business reviews with customers to demonstrate value and ROI of Outreach’s solutions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a similar client-facing role, preferably in SaaS.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and revenue operations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to drive customer retention and growth.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
