Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships across the EMEA region.

- Onboard new clients, drive platform adoption and optimize usage.
- Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client needs and proposing effective solutions.
- Monitor customer health, identify potential risks, and proactively address concerns.
- Gather customer feedback to inform product development and continuous improvements.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a Customer Success or Account Management role, preferably in SaaS or AI.
- Strong understanding of the software development and talent acquisition industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts effectively in a remote setting.
- Proficiency in customer success software and CRM systems.
- Experience working with diverse international clients and remote teams.
