Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Lead successful customer onboarding processes and drive product adoption.
- Proactively identify customer needs, challenges, and opportunities for growth or improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Engineering) to advocate for customer needs and resolve issues efficiently.
- Monitor customer health, identify potential churn risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Educate clients on new features and best practices to maximize their investment.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Customer Success Manager or in a similar client-facing role, preferably 5+ years.
- Demonstrated understanding of SaaS products and the customer lifecycle.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand complex technical concepts and articulate them clearly to diverse audiences.
- Proactive problem-solver with a strong client-centric approach and a passion for technology.
- Fluency in English is required; German language skills are a significant advantage.
