Key Responsibilities
- Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key customers.
- Proactively identify customer needs and ensure they achieve optimal success with Azul’s Java platform.
- Drive customer retention, satisfaction, and identify opportunities for account expansion.
- Act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers through onboarding, adoption, and ongoing usage.
- Collaborate effectively with internal sales, support, and product teams to advocate for customer needs.
- Monitor customer health metrics and develop strategic initiatives to mitigate risks.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a Customer Success or Account Management role, preferably within the software industry.
- Strong understanding of Java technologies and enterprise software solutions is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at various levels.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple client accounts and priorities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer advocacy.
