    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and nurture client relationships to strengthen long-term partnerships.
    • Successfully onboard Deel IT customers and partner for long-term growth.
    • Provide tailored support, onboarding guidance, and training for customer success.
    • Serve as a trusted partner, understanding business needs and presenting future opportunities.
    • Act as the voice of the customer, proactively identifying areas for improvement and project managing initiatives.
    • Identify opportunities to expand Deel’s offerings within the client’s business.

    Requirements

    • At least 2+ years of experience in a customer/client success role.
    • Fluency in English and Spanish or German is desired.
    • Experience in managing a complex B2B SaaS product.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Creative approach to problem-solving.
