Key Responsibilities
- Develop and nurture client relationships to strengthen long-term partnerships.
- Successfully onboard Deel IT customers and partner for long-term growth.
- Provide tailored support, onboarding guidance, and training for customer success.
- Serve as a trusted partner, understanding business needs and presenting future opportunities.
- Act as the voice of the customer, proactively identifying areas for improvement and project managing initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to expand Deel’s offerings within the client’s business.
Requirements
- At least 2+ years of experience in a customer/client success role.
- Fluency in English and Spanish or German is desired.
- Experience in managing a complex B2B SaaS product.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Creative approach to problem-solving.
