Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of customer accounts to ensure their success and satisfaction.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and escalations related to telecom services.
- Onboard new clients and guide them through AireSpring’s solutions and platforms.
- Monitor customer health and proactively identify opportunities for improvement or expansion.
- Collaborate with sales, technical support, and product teams to address customer needs.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Requirements
- Entry-level experience with a passion for customer success and telecommunications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport remotely.
- Problem-solving aptitude and ability to handle customer issues effectively.
- Basic understanding of IT or network solutions is a plus.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer success tools.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
