Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage customer success initiatives for telecommunications clients.

- Act as the primary point of contact for strategic client accounts, addressing their needs.
- Collaborate with sales, engineering, and support teams to drive client value.
- Provide insights and feedback to product development based on customer needs and market trends.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer success, account management, or service management within the telecom industry.
- Strong understanding of IT and network solutions such as SD-WAN, SASE, and unified communications.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work remotely and manage a diverse portfolio of client accounts effectively.
- Experience with ITSM platforms, AIOps, or similar technologies is highly valued.
- Demonstrated ability to drive client outcomes and foster long-term partnerships.
