    Key Responsibilities

    Requirements

    • Proven experience in customer success, account management, or service management within the telecom industry.
    • Strong understanding of IT and network solutions such as SD-WAN, SASE, and unified communications.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work remotely and manage a diverse portfolio of client accounts effectively.
    • Experience with ITSM platforms, AIOps, or similar technologies is highly valued.
    • Demonstrated ability to drive client outcomes and foster long-term partnerships.
