Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support to English-speaking clients via various channels.

- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Educate clients on the use of trading platforms and available financial instruments.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless client experience.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proven experience in a customer support or client-facing role, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of financial markets and trading products (Forex, CFDs, Shares, Indices).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer support tools.
