Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide comprehensive support promptly.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Process customer orders, manage accounts, and coordinate with internal departments.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding product information, delivery, and service.
- Document all customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions accurately.

Requirements
- Proven experience in a customer support or executive role, preferably in manufacturing or engineering.
