Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer support and service to clients regarding DoohClick’s ad serving platforms.
- Assist clients with inquiries, troubleshooting, and platform usage, ensuring a positive experience.
- Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues through various communication channels.
- Maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and follow-up.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical problems when necessary.
- Contribute to improving overall customer satisfaction and service efficiency.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
