Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance and support for Sign on Tab’s Digital Signing Toolkit.
- Assist healthcare clients with software integration and digital workflow implementation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries and technical issues in a timely manner.
- Guide users through product features, functionalities, and best practices for digital documentation.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service and clear communication.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and provide feedback for product improvement.
Requirements
