Key Responsibilities
- Processing of DP World Payment within the same day of BOE / ED date.
- Download & Merge Inbound documents within 24 hrs of BOE processing.
- Download & Merge Outbound documents within 24hrs of receiving all documents.
- File Non-Remittance Claims within 2 days of receiving the final SWB.
- Create folders and save files for Outbound after ED is processed.
- Check and update COK status for Inbound.
Requirements
- Good knowledge of Computer and MS Excel.
- Basic knowledge of Dubai Trade.
- Previous experience of using MS Office.
- Good speed in data entry.
- Good English proficiency – in both Written & Speaking.
- Alert & proactive attitude.
