Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive cybersecurity strategies and policies.
- Oversee the protection of all company digital assets and sensitive data.
- Lead incident response efforts and conduct thorough post-incident analyses.
- Manage and mentor the cybersecurity team, fostering professional growth.
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and standards.
- Stay abreast of emerging cybersecurity threats and technologies to enhance defenses.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in cybersecurity, with a proven track record in leadership roles.
- Deep understanding of information security principles, risk management, and best practices.
- Experience with security technologies, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and SIEM.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make critical decisions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
