Requirements
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably 2+ years in a relevant field.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and data visualisation software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Understanding of recruitment or staffing industry data is a plus.
