Key Responsibilities
- Analyze product performance data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key metrics.
- Provide data-driven insights to inform product strategy and decisions.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define data requirements.
- Conduct A/B tests and analyze results to optimize user experience.
- Support the development of new features by analyzing user behavior.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in a product-focused role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Solid understanding of statistical analysis and experimental design.
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with financial services or fintech industry is a plus.
