    Key Responsibilities

    • Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify trends and patterns.
    • Develop and maintain databases and data systems, ensuring data quality and integrity.
    • Create reports and dashboards to visualize data and present findings to stakeholders.
    • Support the IT department with data-driven insights for strategic decision-making.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver solutions.
    • Automate data collection and reporting processes to improve efficiency.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role (2 years+ preferred).
    • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Python/R) and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex data insights clearly.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
    • Familiarity with data governance principles and best practices.
