Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and provide first-level technical support on IT Infrastructure Facilities.
- Support Windows and Unix servers hosted in T1, T2, T3 & DR Data Centers and other remote locations.
- Provide daily updates on infrastructure-related events to management for review and decision-making.
- Perform Data Center Day-to-Day operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology / MCA
- Certified Data Centre Professional (CDCP)
- 2 – 3 years of work experience in a similar position.
- Knowledge of IT Service Support Functions, Data Center Facilities, Unix & Windows Operating System, Backup infrastructure, and virtualization.
- Valid UAE driving License
