Key Responsibilities
- Assist in monitoring and maintaining data center equipment and infrastructure.
- Perform basic troubleshooting, reboots, and hardware replacements as directed.
- Support rack and stack operations for new server installations and decommissioning.
- Ensure physical security protocols and data center procedures are followed.
- Collaborate with senior technicians on routine maintenance tasks and projects.
- Document all work performed, including inventory updates and incident reports.
Requirements
- Entry-level understanding of data center environments or general IT hardware.
- Ability to learn and follow technical procedures and operational protocols precisely.
- Strong attention to detail and methodical problem-solving skills.
- Physical ability to lift and move equipment (e.g., servers, networking gear).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a team-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to work on-site in Masdar City, Abu Dhabi, potentially in shifts.
